Return policy

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns for general items if you’ve changed your mind within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

*Please note that custom, personalized, and sale items are non-returnable.

If your item arrives with a defect, damage, or misprint, please contact us as soon as possible and include a clear photo of the issue. We’ll gladly reissue your product promptly upon assessment of the issue.

Shipping policy

General Shipping Info
While we can’t guarantee shipping timelines, most orders are processed and printed within 2–3 business days, with domestic shipping typically taking 2–7 business days after processing.

Shipping Multiple Items
Lionchaser Designs is a print-on-demand (POD) business, and we partner with a curated network of high-quality printing companies through Printify. Each partner specializes in different products, which means that if you order multiple items (for example, a sweatshirt and a mug), they may be produced by different printers. As a result, your items may arrive in separate packages and at different times. If everything doesn’t arrive together, don’t worry— the rest of your order is still on its way!

International Shipping
International orders can take up to 6 weeks to arrive. Please message us before placing an international order, as we may be able to reduce delivery time and shipping costs by fulfilling your order through one of our overseas printing partners.
